Bizmaap, an application that handles depot operations starting from product receipt into storage tank for onward delivery to customers, on placement of orders, and subsequent provision of relevant operational reports, that aid management in decision making.

EstateAdmin

EstateAdmin, an application that registers residential apartments, their occupants, the property owners and their financial commitments.

The software has three (3) login portals, for Resident, Caretaker and the Administrator.

The Resident login restricts the resident to information about his or her apartment.

The Caretaker login restricts the Landlord or his agent to information pertaining to all his or her properties.

The Admin login is for the managers of the Estate as dictated by the access privilege assigned.

Relevant reports about Debtors, Creditors and many more financial reports are available for informed decision making.

Where to deploy the service
We can deploy the solution in your facility or in the cloud. You have full control over the decision as to where to deploy the application.
Training of Users
The training of users shall be role based (that is as per assigned responsibility). However, a group of super users as appointed by your organization shall be trained on every aspect of the application. This supper users will serve as members of your help desk to handle user’s challenges.
Support and Expected Duration
IyallaSoft shall be available for support all through the transition period of the application testing, acceptance, deployment and usage. The application can be put into usage within two months of mobilization.
Payment Terms

We shall receive 30% of the cost of the project (that is, deployment, training and support) upon acceptance of proposal, as a show of commitment.

We shall receive 50% of the project cost on go live. That is when live transactions commence on the application.

We shall receive 20% of the project cost two months after go live.

At the end of the first year, we shall be receiving annual subscription 20% of the product cost.

This subscription amount can be converted to monthly payment for your convenience.

How much is the cost

The Application is cost effective with all necessary supports being available locally. Foreign Exchange cannot stop its implementation, because it is made in Nigeria. With a budget of some naira , the journey to a dependable solution is as good as achieved.
